What payment methods do you accept?

Where are the meeting points?

The meeting points for departures to tours will generally be in the hotel lobby, it is recommended to be there 15 minutes before the time stated on the coupon, since they only have a tolerance time of 5 minutes maximum for the transportation that leads to different activities.

Do I need to print a payment receipt?

Yes, for all services it is necessary that you present the coupon or confirmation of the prepaid service.

What if there is bad weather?

In Cancun, as in the Mayan Riviera and Tulum, in some part of the tour we have an aquatic moment, so it is very difficult for any activity to be canceled due to bad weather, in matters of yachts it is only to verify that the boat can navigate, otherwise we seek to leave another day when the weather is better and where you can enjoy the boat more.

I want to cancel my reservation. How do I do it?

To cancel an activity, you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance, since many of the activities have a load capacity and if we do not do it this way, a refund cannot be made.

How do I request a refund?

With 48 hours in advance, and refunds are only made for reasons of force majeure such as bad weather conditions for which the activity is canceled and cannot be carried out, in any other way the refund does not proceed.
